Hurricane Beryl is now a Category 5 storm causing major damage as it travels through the Caribbean. The storm is not expected to have a direct hit in the Florida area, but we may see some residual wind, rain, high waters, and red flags in the gulf as it passes through. We will continue to monitor Beryl and all storms in the gulf, and will provide further updates on our Storm Updates page if the situation changes for the Florida panhandle.
