Premium Beach Condos New Owner Referral Program
Objective:
To reward existing owners for referring new owners to Premium Beach Condos and provide a bonus incentive to the new owners.
Reward:
- Referring Owner: $500 off the next marketing fee.
- New Owner: $500 credit towards their first marketing fee.
How it Works:
- Referral Process:
- Existing owners refer potential new owners to Premium Beach Condos.
- Referrals must lead to a signed contract with Premium Beach Condos to qualify for rewards.
- Reward Distribution:
- Upon the successful contract signing of the referred owner:
- The referring owner will receive a $500 credit towards their next marketing fee.
- The new owner will receive a $500 credit towards their first marketing fee.
- Upon the successful contract signing of the referred owner:
- Redemption:
- The $500 credits for both the referring owner and the new owner will be applied to their next respective marketing fee invoices on their effective renewal dates.
- If total accumulated credits exceed the marketing fee, credit may be applied toward any other annual fees due at that time, at the discretion of Premium Beach Condos.
- Terms and Conditions:
- Referrals must be new owners who have not previously contracted with Premium Beach Condos.
- Referral rewards are valid only for contracts signed after the implementation date of this referral program.
- Referral must be on record prior to new owner receiving a contract for signature.
- Both the referring owner and the new owner must be in good standing with Premium Beach Condos to receive their respective referral rewards.
- Only one $500 reward will be given per new owner.
- Premium Beach Condos reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
- Promotion:
- This referral program will be communicated to existing owners via email and official announcements.
