This 9th floor unit at the Tidewater Beach Resort is large enough for a family gathering. The 2-bedroom + Bunk, 3-bath unit sleeps a total of 8, perfect for larger families. This layout is over 1,100 square feet.

KID-FRIENDLY, with a KING in the Master, QUEEN in the 2nd bedroom, 2 TWIN bunks in the alcove, and a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master and second bedroom each have a private bath, the third bath is next to the bunk alcove.

In 2026, from March 1 through October 20, your rental includes TWO beach chairs with padded cushions and ONE large beach umbrella, all set up for you each day on the beach.

Please Read Before Booking

• No Pets.
• No Smoking.
• Renter must be 25+ (no exceptions). - Govt issued photo ID is required.
• Rental Agreement: After booking, you'll receive an email with a link to sign the rental agreement and adendum electronically. Complete it promptly to secure your reservation.
• $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Parking

• Pre-register using a link we provide.
• Pay the resort fee directly:
• $54.04 if paid more than 24 hours before arrival.
• $64.76 if paid within 24 hours of arrival.
• Fees are subject to resort changes.
• Guests are not allowed to be on property without proper resort registration.
