Located on the famous scenic 30A, this building is in the center of the Gulf Place community. It’s just a 2 minute walk to the beach, or any of the 3 pool/2 hot tub locations. Gulf Place offers on-site bike rentals for the well known 30A scenic bike path, great restaurants, ice cream shops and boutiques. This condo overlooks the Beautiful Amphitheater where you will have a great view for all festivals, events, and activities. It’s also close to Seaside, and about 30 miles from Panama City Beach.

From March 1 through October 31, Beach Chair Service is available for rent through 30A Shade and Beach Service.

• Renter must be 25+ (no exceptions). - Govt issued photo ID is required.
• Rental Agreement Required: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the agreement ectronically—complete it ASAP to secure your stay.
• $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.
