Heading to the beach during your vacation should be relaxing and stress-free—so let’s make sure your beach chair setup is too! Many guests enjoy reserving daily beach chair service for their stay. From March 1 through October 31, Beach Chair Service is available through 30A Shade and Beach Service.

30A Shade and Beach Service is honored to serve as the exclusive beach service provider for The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach. With years of experience, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach, they are uniquely qualified to meet the needs of Villa guests.

With over 15 years of combined beach service expertise, their team knows how to create a fun, seamless, and stress-free day at the beach. From comfortable loungers and shade to paddleboards and kayaks, they provide everything you need for the ultimate beach getaway.

For 30A Shade and Beach Service, outstanding service and reliability aren’t just what they offer—they’re who they are.

30A Shade and Beach Service will provide beach services and an attendant:

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the period of March 1 through Memorial Day weekend.
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Labor Day through the end of October.

Setup of beach equipment will begin promptly after the time permitted by Turtle Watch, and in no event later than 7:30 a.m. Setups will be ready for your use by 9:00 am.

To better accommodate your requests for beach service reservations, we recommend you call 24 hours in advance. Same day reservations are available only after 9:00 am.

How To Rent Beach Chairs

Rentals: If beach service is desired, the owner, guest and renter will be able to purchase this directly by using:

Rental Procedures: If The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach and Gulf Place owners, guests and renters have pre-booked any services, the 30A Shade beach attendant will have the name tagged on the equipment that is already set up on the beach.

If services have not been pre-booked, the owner, guest or renter may see the beach attendant to arrange services. If the beach attendant is not immediately available, the owner, guest or renter may have a seat in an empty, untagged set up until the beach attendant comes to check them in. Payment is made at the beginning of the rental service and may be made with cash or credit card.

Walton County requires beach rental equipment to be removed from the beaches and stored prior to sunset.

Guest Verification

Gulf Place beachgoers must be prepared to show their unit amenity pass. The beach is reserved exclusively for owners, guests, and renters of The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach and Gulf Place.

By accessing any portion of the beach—which is private property of The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach—users agree to comply with all Beach Rules. These rules are posted at the dune walkovers and listed below. 30A Shade and Beach Service is responsible for ensuring all guests are familiar with these rules. All beach attendants operate under the supervision of the 30A Shade and Beach Service Owner and a dedicated beach manager.

Beach Rules for The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach / Gulf Place

All beachgoers must display either a Villas wristband or Gulf Place identity pass.
Stay off the dunes.
No tents or canopies are allowed.
No glass containers.
No fires or fireworks of any kind.
No littering.
No disorderly conduct.
No equipment may be left on the beach after dusk or before one hour after sunrise.
No volleyball games or other organized large athletic events.
No smoking.
No overnight camping.
No sound amplification equipment; music (if any) must be kept at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb others.
No motorized or mechanically operated vehicles or equipment.
The placement of chairs and equipment for Villas at Santa Rosa Beach owners has priority over others.
Use of the beach is at your own risk; none of the owners assume responsibility for accidents or property conditions. Each user agrees to indemnify the owners from claims, losses, or legal costs.
