We’re thrilled to announce that in 2025, we’ve added three stunning new properties to our portfolio! Each one offers a unique blend of luxury, comfort, and unforgettable Gulf-front views, giving our guests even more options for the perfect beachfront getaway!
New in March 2025 – Calypso 101 East Tower!
Discover coastal luxury in our newest addition: a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo on the first floor of Calypso Resort, Panama City Beach. Enjoy direct access to the Gulf, no elevators needed, and stunning ocean views from your private patio.
Professionally decorated with a chic coastal design, the condo features an open living area, gourmet kitchen, and three spacious bedrooms each with a private bath—perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and style. Plus, this condo comes with two adjacent PRIVATE RESERVED parking spaces located directly beneath the condo!
Also new in March 2025 – Calypso 2302 East Tower!
This 23rd-floor gulf-front penthouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 10′ ceilings, and a fully stocked kitchen. The open living area flows to a double balcony with stunning Gulf views, accessible from both the living room and primary suite.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, en suite, and balcony access. The second bedroom also has a king bed with private bath access, while the third bedroom has a twin with trundle. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the penthouse to comfortably sleep 8. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience, making it perfect for families, couples, or groups.
New in December 2025 – Calypso 1505 East Tower!
This charming Calypso 1BR, 1.5BA condo, also perfect as a Honeymoon Suite, is located on the 15th floor of the east tower, sleeps 4, and offers breathtaking beachfront views from the moment you walk in. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a small family retreat. Enjoy pearl-white sands, turquoise waters, and unforgettable sunsets from the full balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. A private reserved premium underground parking spot is included with this rental.
805 East – A Stunning Renovation
We’re thrilled to unveil the all-new look of 805 East, completely refreshed and ready for unforgettable stays! This year, we gave this beautiful condo a full makeover, combining modern luxury with cozy coastal charm.
Step inside the living room and you’ll immediately notice the new shiplap accent wall, adding texture, warmth, and that beachy vibe. Paired with freshly updated furniture, the space is now more inviting and comfortable than ever—perfect for relaxing after a day on the sand or enjoying movie nights with family and friends.
The entire unit has been repainted in serene, sun-soaked hues, creating a bright, airy atmosphere that complements the Gulf-front views. From the decor to the thoughtful finishing touches, every corner of 805 East has been designed to elevate your beach getaway experience.

We’re so excited about the Gulf Coast Salute Air Show taking place April 10–12, 2026 that we had to give it its own feature! Savor The Stay – Recipe Collection
In March, we added a flavorful twist to your stay—our Savor The Stay Recipe Collection is now in every Premium Beach Condos unit! This charming little cookbook is filled with our personal favorite recipes—the ones we actually make and love. You’ll find easy, delicious dishes perfect for beach days and laid-back evenings, from quick breakfasts before heading out to simple dinners enjoyed with a sunset view. Consider it our way of helping you feel right at home… with a little extra flavor.

New Tent Policy Reminder at Calypso Resort
Calypso introduced a new policy, effective August 1, 2025. It’s designed to help keep the Calypso Resort beachfront safe, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone. It also ensures we follow local rules, keep Beach Chair Services running smoothly, and honor Bay County’s Leave No Trace ordinance.

What we started in 2024, we proudly continued in 2025—helping our guests prepare for a seamless and stress-free stay. We created a short quiz featuring frequently asked questions and essential information guests need before their visit. It covers all the must-know basics to ensure arrival and check-in are easy and hassle-free.
Once guests completed the quiz, they were automatically entered into a drawing to win $100 toward their next stay with Premium Beach Condos! Each correct answer earned one entry, so the more they knew, the better their chances of winning. Having this information ahead of time made their stay even smoother. To qualify, the quiz needed to be submitted at least one day prior to arrival—and we made it super simple! All the answers were conveniently located in our guest guidebook, with a direct link provided. Easy peasy!
