The New Year is finally upon us and it’s so hard to believe we’re already in 2025.  Last year just went by way too fast but we have so much to look forward to in the new year, and we have so much to share with all of you from a great year in 2024! 

Premium Beach Condos Grows Again

 We’ve Added Three New Condos For Our Guests To Enjoy

First, we added 604 West Tower, a spectacular 6th floor condo!  Beautifully decorated, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo includes 1,300+ square feet of spacious living area. Get ready for a cozy, laid-back vibe when you enter this condo. Our next addition is 1004 East Tower that we added in May of 2024. The 3-bedroom 2-bath unit sleeps a total of 8 and is perfect for larger families. Two King Bedrooms make it perfect for two couples as well. This is a relaxing retreat where luxury meets relaxation and every moment feels like a dream. We are so excited about our newest addition of Calypso 2304 East Tower in October 2024. This 23rd floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, penthouse condo is simply stunning and can sleep 8 people in comfort! All you need to do is walk out onto the balcony to realize that you are as close to perfection as possible. New Online Store

We are also excited to announce that we opened our new online store, Seaside Essentials!  Our valued guests and visitors can shop for activities to enhance their vacation experience. They can arrange for things like pre-arrival grocery shopping so they arrive to a fully stocked refrigerator, a massage or chef’s dinner right in their condo! Stay tuned for more updates in Seaside Essentials in March!

New Social Media Channels Added

Premium Beach Condos constantly strives to connect with our guests and keep them in the know about what we’re up to! We recently added two new platforms to our social media portfolio!  Guests can now follow us on Instagram and Pinterest. Be sure to read our blog post for more information on this new addition!

New Addition To The Premium Beach Condos Team

As we continue to grow, we’ve added another team member to help maintain our 5-star guest experience. Premium Beach Condos added our newest employee to our Dream Team, Barb Hart.  Barb will be deeply involved in all aspects of the business so everyone from guests to owners will get to know her. 

Off The Beachin’ Path

This year we started two new blog series. Off The Beachin’ Path was started with the goal of providing our guests with options of fun things to do if there is a rainy day, or if you just want to spend a day in Panama City Beach discovering things that you might not be aware is out there. Where are the movie theaters or different shopping options like consignments shops and antique stores?

Sunkissed Cocktails, was started so we could provide our guests with tasty drinks that they can make while enjoying the beach, or where the best place is in Panama City Beach to have their favorite cocktails. Calypso Resort Updates

This year has been an exciting year for updates at the resort.  The resort has made some updates to the fitness center and to the pool areas that are sure to please all of our guests.

First, the fitness center has been relocated to a larger space overlooking the Gulf, so now you can work out with all the latest equipment AND enjoy the beach view while doing so.  They’ve decked it out with all the latest gear: treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, you name it!  Plus, they have free weights and those universal machines that work every muscle. It’s like jogging in paradise! They have space for yoga too! Stretch it out and find your inner peace while soaking in those ocean vibes. It’s the ultimate relaxation combo.

And, if you think that’s hard to top, how about the newest expansion to the pool area? The pool deck was expanded and now has about 20% more deck space and also boasts two new fire bowls on each pool deck! The fire bowls offer the perfect ambiance for guests beginning at sunset until the pool closes at 10:00 p.m. Read our blog post for more information on the newest addition!

In 2024, we started an Amazon gift card giveaway.  We entered all 5-star reviews into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card.  5-star reviews on listing sites are important to guests that are considering our property for their own vacation. Reviews can make or break a vacation rental business such as ours. 

These reviews are automatically shared to ALL of our listing sites, and they not only help other guests with their choice of a great place to stay, but they help us to increase the number of great guests like you who may stay with us again in the future, by keeping us at the top of the list of properties with 5 star reviews!  

We work very hard to keep our ratings at the top, and your 5-star reviews are a huge part of that! Thank you to all of our guests that took the time to share their experience and reviews.

Pre-Arrival Quiz Giveaway

To help our guests get ready for a smooth stay with us, we created a quick quiz of frequently asked questions and needed information that will help them during their stay.  The questions cover some of the basics they need to know.

After the guest completed the quiz, they were entered into a drawing for $100’s toward their next stay with Premium Beach Condos! They received 1 entry into the drawing per point scored on the quiz!  Knowing this information in advance helped our guests to make their arrival easier!  To be eligible, the quiz had to be submitted at least one day before their arrival. And, we made it easy for our guests to get as many entries as possible, because all answers could be found in their handy guidebook, and they were given a link to that guidebook! Can’t get much easier than that!
