Let’s Meet The Team:
Hi! I’m Jenny, the owner and property manager for Premium Beach Condos.
In 1995 when our family starting taking annual vacations to Florida, I had no idea that this would become my future passion! We watched the real estate market rise and fall for many years, but in the last recession we finally decided to take the plunge, and the journey began with Calypso 508 East Tower .
What started with one condo, just to vacation once a year and rent the rest, has grown into multiple family owned condos, and several more managed for other owners, all at our favorite location: Panama City Beach, FL.
And then in July of 2017, we entered a new pet-friendly niche and added Holiday House to our listings! The addition of our dog-friendly Holiday House was largely inspired by the adoption of our own rescue dog. We wanted to create a place where families could bring their dogs, no matter what their size or breed, on the family vacation. Because, after all, dogs are family too!
In 2019, after the recovery from hurricane Michael, we sold Holiday House, but are still in search of additional pet-friendly rentals…
Hi, I’m Nickey!
I joined Premium Beach Condos in October of 2021. I fell in love with the beach when I spent my summers in Florida with my grandparents growing up.
I always knew I wanted to have a career that involved the beach, but that isn’t so easy living in Ohio. After I had my daughter I decided that I wanted to leave the corporate world and find a job that I truly love and that would allow me to be more involved with my family. After months of searching I found Premium Beach Condos and immediately I fell in love. Premium Beach Condos has allowed me to combine my love of the beach and my love of helping people. I get to help people have memorable vacations.
Hi, I’m Barb!
I joined Premium Beach Condos in June of 2024. It is an honor to work with, and be a part of, such an amazing team as Jenny and Nickey, and I’m so grateful for this opportunity.
An unexpected illness, of which I’m fully recovered, led me to make some decisions about my life and my career. I wanted to enjoy life to its fullest and embrace what I was doing in my home and work life. Working with Premium Beach Condos is everything I’ve ever dreamed of, and it allows me to not only love what I’m doing, but to also help others find joy in their life by helping them find their perfect vacation getaway! I hope to bring as much joy to our guests as working with PBC has brought to me!
