If you are a fan of fruity blended drinks then a Lava Flow might just be the drink for you! Combining delicious flavors of strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and coconut, making it the perfect tropical drink. To make the perfect lava flow all you need is light rum, coconut rum, frozen strawberries, bananas, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice. The best garnish for this drink is pineapple. This drink can also be made in a non-alcoholic version by leaving out the rum. This drink is one of my favorites to get at the Calypso Tiki Bar in a pineapple, so I had to figure out how to make it at home so I could share it with all of my friends to sip on while we sit by the pool. The non-alcoholic version is a favorite of my daughters as well. Whether you’re sipping poolside or on the beach, a lava flow is the perfect drink for everyone who loves a fruity treat!
