Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce – EASY!
This is one of my favorite recipes to make, especially in Florida. It’s easy to make, even for beginners in the kitchen. The ingredients are easy to come by and make an inexpensive meal seem five-star gourmet. Plus, seafood by the beach? It’s a must.
One of the best parts about making this recipe while on vacation in Panama City Beach is the easily accessible fresh seafood. While I normally make this recipe using canned crab meat, as seen here, Panama City Beach has several local seafood markets where you can find fresh crab meat to substitute. One of my personal favorites is Buddy’s Seafood Market. With two locations (one of which is less than two miles from Calypso), their seafood is accessible, local, and fresh.
