Making sure our guests feel safe in a clean condo has always been part of our product. As COVID-19 continues to spread throughout the country, we’ve added extra safety precautions to our cleaning regimen. This includes using CDC-approved products and fully sanitizing all visible surfaces between guests.

We Have a New Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. With the recent pandemic throwing a wrench in people’s travel plans, we’ve made some changes to our cancellation policy for your convenience. Now, you can cancel or reschedule your stay up to 30 days in advance for a full refund**. With less than 30 days’ notice, we will work to rebook quickly to provide you with a refund if possible.

** Credit card refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, since these are non-reimbursable fees.

We’re all operating a little bit differently these days. While you may be spending most of your time inside, that doesn’t mean you can’t have a beautiful view. When you stay at Premium Beach Condos, you can work from home while staring out over the crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches. Bring the kids along, and they can use our free Wi-Fi connection for their online schooling.

Trying to stay socially distant? Our condos are the perfect place. With restaurant and grocery delivery options available nearby, you can spend time safely inside the unit and have your necessities delivered directly to your door with our CondoCierge partner.

Did you know we offer discounted rates for long-term stays? During off-season, you may be able to rent one of our units for a whole month for nearly the same price as one week during peak season. Our specialty pricing is available for stays of 28 nights or more.

Panama City Beach, Florida is known for its annual events, including Bike Week. These events are already in the works for 2021, and those weekly stays are booking quickly. If you’re interested in coming to town for an upcoming event, now is the time to schedule your stay.

Surprise! Premium Beach Condos has onboarded another unit at the Calypso Resort for your next vacation: Calypso 205 East Tower . This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. If you want to invite some friends, the unit sleeps up to four people when using the pull-out couch. Renovations are in the works, so updated photos will be coming soon.

At Premium Beach Condos, we strive to keep all of our units in peak condition year-round. Four of our Calypso units, 205 East , 508 East , 605 East , and 806 East are all undergoing renovations this year to give you more comfortable, beautiful furniture and décor. The furniture is on its way, and we expect the renovations in all four units to be finished by spring.

Everyone wants to save money when they're going on a vacation. When you book directly through Premium Beach Condos, you can save money on travel site fees. Online travel agencies such as HomeAway, VRBO, Trip Advisor, Expedia, AirBNB, etc. all add on Service Fees in addition to collecting a fee from Premium Beach Condos to list on their site.  If you want to avoid the added 8-15% Service Fees, book directly with us on our website.  You will get the same great service at a much lower price!
